Proroga sostituzione dispositivi su vie d'esodo

E' stato pubblicato nella G.U. n. 299 del 24.12.2011 il Decreto 6 dicembre 2011 che proroga di due anni, a partire dal 18 febbraio 2011, l’ obbligo di sostituzione dei dispositivi di apertura porte lungo vie di esodo non marcati CE.

Il decreto introduce solamente un nuovo termine temporale per la sostituzione dei dispositivi in oggetto senza marcatura CE e NON abroga le disposizione del DM 3 novembre 2004); l’obiettivo è garantire la sicurezza, intervenendo laddove necessario per garantire l’adeguatezza del prodotto, sfruttando l’anno e poco più che ci separa dal nuovo termine per la programmazione e l’implementazione di tutti gli interventi necessari.

La nuova data limite per la sostituzione dei dispositivi di apertura in oggetto è il 18 febbraio 2013.

Da tener presente, inoltre, che:

i dispositivi di apertura emergenza per le porte lungo le vie di esodo devono essere conformi alla UNI EN 179;
i dispositivi di apertura antipanico per le porte lungo le vie di esodo devono essere conformi alla UNI EN 1125;
i dispositivi sopracitati installati nelle nuove porte lungo le vie di esodo devono essere marcati CE dal 2005.

The use of partitioning to fight fires is a fairly recent introduction, and only recently, has been codified and standardized with the EU Directive 89/106/EEC on construction products that, with regard to the requirements in the event of fire, requires specifically an abundant use of compartments in the construction industry.

As we know, a compartment has to resist for the entire fire event that is where to store:
A - its mechanical stability without collapse "R"
B - its bound to hot gases and flames "E"
C - its insulation from the heat "I"

The combination of the three criteria mentioned includes the well-known symbol that REI, followed by a number indicating the minutes, sets the fire resistance of a compartment or a closing of doors or other closing elements.

The doors currently produced by BLOXER relate exclusively manufactured with fire performance certificates and / or certified according to current Italian regulations and can be constructed in two finishes:
